As President of the Ideate Club, I led a team of 80 students, building a culture focused on creativity, innovation, and teamwork. Over the academic year, I organised and conducted approximately 12–15 club meetings and workshops, each designed to strengthen idea development, problem-solving skills, and collaborative thinking.
I directly managed a core leadership team of 4 members and coordinated the execution of 8+ major activities, including brainstorming labs, idea incubator sessions, group challenges, and presentation workshops. Under my leadership, overall participation increased by nearly 50%, with more students actively contributing and attending sessions consistently.
My responsibilities included planning events, managing communication across teams, and ensuring smooth execution of all sessions. I also introduced structured idea frameworks and feedback formats that helped members present with confidence and refine their thinking.
Through this role, I developed strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills while making a direct impact on 40+ students. More importantly, I helped create an environment where ideas were respected, explored, and transformed into action.
